Terms of Service

Effective date: October 29, 2026

Welcome to Solera. These Terms of Service explain the rules for using solerasealbeach.com, and how reservations and online ordering through our partners work. We’ve written them in plain language wherever we can. Please read them along with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Brixton Stratton LLC DBA Solera (“Solera,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply when you visit or use solerasealbeach.com, our machine-readable site at ai.solerasealbeach.com, or any related page (together, the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you share with us. Please read it alongside these Terms.

2. Who We Are

Solera is a kitchen and wine bar at 210 Main Street, Seal Beach, CA 90740, operated by Brixton Stratton LLC DBA Solera. You can reach us at 714.988.7335 or hello@solerasealbeach.com.

3. Using This Website

You may use the Site to learn about Solera, browse our menus and wine list, make a reservation, place an order, join our email list, and get in touch with us. You agree to use it lawfully and not to:

  • submit false information, or someone else’s contact details without their permission;
  • interfere with the Site’s security or operation, or try to reach parts of it that aren’t public;
  • upload viruses or other harmful code;
  • use the Site to send spam or to harass anyone; or
  • copy our photos, logo, or written content for commercial use without our written permission.

Search engines and AI assistants are welcome to read, index, and summarize the Site, as long as they follow our robots.txt file and don’t overload our servers.

Our email list and inquiry forms are intended only for adults 21 and older.

We post our menus, wine list, prices, and hours on the Site for your convenience. Our menu rotates seasonally and wine vintages can change without notice, so dishes, ingredients, wines, prices, and hours may change, and some items may sell out. For dine-in orders, the menu and prices at the restaurant when you order apply; for online orders, the price shown at checkout applies. If a price or description on the Site is wrong, we’ll correct it as soon as we can.

Prices are in U.S. dollars. A few things need advance notice or have limited hours:

  • Brunch is served Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 4pm.
  • The Gulfstream requires 48 hours’ notice.
  • Take-out charcuterie boards require 24 hours’ notice.
  • Chef’s features and specials aren’t always available.

5. Food Allergies and Dietary Needs

Your safety matters to us. Our menus use these codes to flag common allergens: gluten (G), dairy (D), eggs (E), fish (F), shellfish (SH), tree nuts (N), and sesame (SE). These codes are a guide, not a guarantee:

  • They don’t cover every allergen or ingredient. For example, peanuts and soy are not marked.
  • Recipes and suppliers can change, and the menus on the Site may not show the latest changes.
  • Our kitchen prepares many foods in shared spaces with shared equipment, so cross-contact can happen. We can’t guarantee that any dish is free of a particular allergen.

Please tell your server about any allergy or dietary need every time you order. If you have a severe allergy, we encourage you to call us before your visit. Dishes marked vegan, and vegetarian versions of dishes, are prepared in the same kitchen as meat, fish, dairy, and eggs, so please ask your server about ingredients.

Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.

6. Alcohol and Responsible Service

You must be 21 or older to buy or drink alcohol at Solera, and we may ask anyone for a valid government-issued photo ID. California law doesn’t allow us to serve anyone under 21 or anyone who is obviously intoxicated, and we may decline, limit, or stop alcohol service at our discretion. That applies to every drink we pour, including bottomless mimosas. Please drink responsibly, and never drink and drive.

7. Visiting Solera

We want every guest to feel welcome. We may decline or end service to anyone whose conduct is unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive to other guests or our staff. We never refuse service on any basis prohibited by California’s Unruh Civil Rights Act or any other law.

8. Reservations

You can reserve online through SevenRooms, a third-party reservation platform, or by calling 714.988.7335 or emailing hello@solerasealbeach.com. SevenRooms’ own terms and privacy policy apply to the information you give them, and SevenRooms shares your reservation details with us so we can prepare for your visit. Any deposit, credit card hold, cancellation, or no-show policy is shown or explained to you when you book, whether online, by phone, or by email, and that policy applies to your reservation.

We do our best to honor every reservation, but specific tables, seating times, and special requests aren’t guaranteed. To change or cancel a reservation, use your confirmation or call us.

9. Online Ordering, Pickup, and Delivery

Online orders for pickup or delivery are placed through our ordering page at order.online, which is powered by DoorDash. DoorDash’s terms and privacy policy apply to orders placed there, and DoorDash shares your order details with us so we can prepare your order. The items and prices available online may differ from those in the restaurant.

If something is wrong with an order, please contact us at 714.988.7335 or through the ordering platform, and we’ll work to make it right.

10. Take-Out Charcuterie Boards

Our take-out charcuterie boards are made to order and require 24 hours’ notice. Board sizes, contents, and prices may change, so please confirm current pricing when you order.

Charcuterie is perishable. Once a board leaves the restaurant, keep it refrigerated until you serve it, and don’t leave it at room temperature for more than two hours (one hour if it’s above 90°F).

11. Private Events

Sending our private event inquiry form, emailing us, or calling us starts a conversation; it doesn’t by itself reserve a date or space. If we agree on written terms for your event, those terms govern that event, and if they conflict with these Terms, they control for that event. We reply personally to inquiry form submissions, usually within one business day.

12. Email Updates and Promotions

If you join our email list, we’ll send you updates about events, menus, and promotions. Our signup form adds you to the list only when you check its consent box, and you can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any of our emails or by contacting us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your email address.

Promotions and events follow the details we state when we announce them, and they may be limited in time or quantity, changed, or canceled.

13. Feedback and Submissions

When you send us information through a form, by email, or by phone, you confirm that it’s accurate, and you agree that we may use it to respond to you as described in our Privacy Policy. If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.

14. Our Content and Trademarks

The Site’s text, photos, menus, designs, and graphics, along with the Solera name and logo, are owned by or licensed to Brixton Stratton LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view, print, and share Site content for personal, non-commercial use, and you’re welcome to link to our pages or quote short passages with credit to Solera. Any other use, including using our name, logo, or photos for commercial purposes, requires our written permission.

15. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site links to and uses services run by other companies, including SevenRooms (reservations), DoorDash (online ordering), Google (Maps, reviews, and Fonts), Instagram, Facebook, Yelp, Web3Forms, and HighLevel. We don’t control those services and aren’t responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

16. Accessibility

We want the Site to work for everyone, and we aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. If any part of the Site is hard to use, our Accessibility Statement explains how to tell us. You can always call us at 714.988.7335 or email hello@solerasealbeach.com for help with menu questions, reservations, or anything else.

17. Disclaimers

We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the Site, including that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that can’t be waived under California law.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solera and its owners, employees, and agents won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any third-party service linked from it. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site won’t exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

These limits apply only to your use of the Site itself. They don’t limit our responsibility for the food and drinks we prepare, serve, or sell, whether you dine in, pick up, or order for delivery, and they don’t apply to liability that can’t be limited by law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, violation of law, personal injury caused by our negligence, or rights you have under statutes that can’t be waived.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Solera and its owners, employees, and agents from claims brought by third parties, and related losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, that arise from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

20. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you have a concern, please contact us first; most issues can be resolved quickly by talking with us. Subject to any non-waivable right you have to a different venue, any dispute about these Terms or the Site that we can’t resolve informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you and we consent to those courts’ jurisdiction. Either of us may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. Changes take effect when posted and won’t apply to a dispute that arose before the change. If you keep using the Site after an update, you accept the updated Terms.

22. General Terms

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don’t enforce a part of these Terms, that isn’t a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site. Separate written agreements, such as terms agreed for a private event, and the terms of third-party platforms govern those services.

We aren’t responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If we have to cancel a reservation or event for that reason, we’ll let you know as soon as we can, and any deposit or prepayment will be handled under the terms of that booking or event. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.
