Main Street, Seal Beach
Wine Bar in Seal Beach, CA
Solera Kitchen + Wine Bar is now open at 210 Main Street, in the heart of Old Town Seal Beach. A few blocks from the pier, it's the kind of place a beach town's Main Street deserves: a warm room, a thoughtful wine list, and a kitchen that takes food as seriously as what's in your glass. Come as you are, stay as long as you like.
Wine by the Glass, Your Way
Wines by the glass are poured in 3oz and 6oz sizes, so you can taste your way across the list instead of committing to one glass all night. Our Coravin program opens rare and collectible bottles by the glass — wines that would normally only be poured for a full-bottle table. And if you want a guided tour in miniature, our signature vertical flights — rotating red, white, and special selections — line up pours side by side. Bottles run from easy, approachable everyday picks to serious cellar selections, and there's craft and imported beer for anyone who'd rather skip the grape. Browse the full wine list and menu to see what's pouring.
Charcuterie Meant for Wine
Wine wants something salty and rich beside it, and that's where our handcrafted boards come in. The Boarding Pass, served in-house, pairs cured meats and cheeses built to match whatever you're drinking. If you're hosting at home, our take-out charcuterie boards scale from the Shore for two all the way up to the Voyage for a party of twenty or more. It's the pairing culture of a proper wine bar, made easy to share.
A Kitchen That Follows the Seasons
Solera isn't a wine bar with an afterthought of a menu. Executive Chef Michael Droma cooks seasonal coastal California plates for lunch and dinner daily, from small plates made for grazing between pours to mains worth lingering over. There are desserts when the night calls for one more course, and NA spritzes so every seat at the table has something worth raising.
Your Neighborhood Spot on Main Street
Some nights it's a quiet date night at the bar; other nights it's a long table of friends working through a board and a bottle. Locals can walk over after a day at the beach, and it's worth the short drive from Long Beach, Belmont Shore, Huntington Beach, Los Alamitos, and Sunset Beach — a natural gathering spot for North Orange County wine lovers. Planning something bigger? We host private events by inquiry: email hello@solerasealbeach.com or call 714.988.7335 and we'll help you plan it.
